Job summary
There is an exciting opportunity for a band 6 practitioner to work in the Vulnerable Children Information Team.
The role involves the sharing of high quality, relevant and proportionate health information into multiagency statutory strategy discussions for children in a timely manner, and for social work assessments.
Experience of working with multiagency partners, analyzing information to determine risk to children and safeguarding is essential.
The work is fast paced and the ability to process complex information is required.
There is opportunity to access restorative supervision and good support and training within the team when required.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work to support the community children's services and to ensure the sharing of high quality, relevant and proportionate health information in to multiagency statutory strategy discussions and social worker assessments for children in a timely manner.
