Job summary

We are currently recruiting for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly Integrated Outreach Team based in Bradford .You must be an ANP with more than 1 year experience and have experience working in the community supporting people with psychosis and co existing substance useAs part of the role you will be expected to manage a small case load , be committed to team working and deliver skilled interventions aimed at promoting recovery, to people who have enduring, moderate to severe psychotic or affective symptoms with unstable, chaotic lifestyles. Many of our service users have problems arising from co existing substance use.

Main duties of the job

Experience in working with multi-agency staff is essential as are excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of the Care Programme Approach and Mental Health Act/Mental Capacity Act. Further job specific information can be found on the job description and person specification.
