Temporary Staffing Services allows you to work within Cambridgeshire Community Services, under a 0 hours contract basis, which means you have the flexibility to work as and when you want to.

As a Bank Worker you can work flexibly full or part time to fill a temporary vacancy or short term staffing shortages, however hours and placements cannot be guaranteed.

Our temporary roles will give you lots of variety in different environments and could be you "foot in the door" to the NHS.

Duties will vary according to the precise needs of the relevant placement.

Hourly Rates

  • Band 2 - £11.45+
  • Band 3 - £11.67+
  • Band 4 - £12.86+

Main duties of the job

This post is not eligible for sponsorship.

Providing Administrative support across all of Cambridgeshire Community Services. This can include but is not limited to:

    • Reception
    • General Admin
    • Customer Service
    • Personal Assistant
    • Filing Clerks
    • Secretaries

Clinical and Practice Governance

  1. Observe and maintain strict confidentiality with regards to any patient/family/staff/records and information in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
  2. Any data that is taken/shared as part of a phone call or transported, faxed, or transferred electronically must be undertaken with regard to the Trust Information Governance and Information Security policies.
  3. The post holder must adhere to the Trust risk assessment and risk management processes
  4. The post holder must adhere to infection control policies and procedures
  5. Undertake mandatory training and any other training relevant to the role as required by Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust.
  6. The post holder must participate in clinical and other audits as required
