Job summary

This role is offered as 12 month fixed term contract, or internal 12 month secondment. Based in Cringleford the post requires flexibility and travel across Norfolk

Just One Number is the clinical front door for our Norfolk & Waveney Children & Young People's Health Services, including Healthy Child Programme, Children's Speech & Language Therapy Services and requests for support for 0-24 Mental Health.

Just One Norfolk & FYI are digital platforms to support the delivery of our services, facilitating access to self-care resources and health services, co-produced with young people and families,

We are looking for an administrator with excellent attention to detail, time management and IT skills. With previous experience in an administrative role, you'll enjoy working flexibly as part of a team and be comfortable using your own initiative.

You will have great organisational and prioritisation skillsas well as beingable to demonstrate empathy andrespect, including in stressful situations. Main duties of the job

Main duties will include;

Providing general administrative support to the Just One Norfolk and Number 'Just One' operational leads

Taking accurate and concise minutes, notes and action logs

Organising Just One operational teams diaries and meetings

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and service users to arrange meetings and appointments

Job description

Job responsibilities

  1. Providing general administrative support to the Just One operational team
  2. Taking accurate and concise minutes, notes and action logs in meetings
  3. Organising Just One operational team diaries and meetings
  4. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and service users to arrange meetings and appointments
  5. Administrative support for workshops and events
  6. Supporting the team to engage with staff, stakeholders and service users.
  7. Assist with draft web content upload and referral management as required.
  8. Providing administrative assistance with completion of reports for commissioners.
  9. Ensuring that follow up actions from calls, emails, correspondence and other contacts are progressed efficiently and effectively.
  10. Completing other routine administration tasks as requested such as scanning, photocopying, annual leave and sickness via digital systems.
  11. Receiving and dealing with calls, emails, correspondence and other contacts from service users and professionals and handling these as required, in order to coordinate care according to agreed protocols and pathways.
  12. Recording details of all contacts with service users and other professionals using S1 and other systems as appropriate.
