Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Epidemiology Survey Administrator to join our team.
You will provide a comprehensive administration skills, responding to a range of enquiries in a polite, caring, calm and efficient manner. This role requires you to act as the first point of contact for schools contacting the service and to portray the service in the highest possible professional basis.
You will be passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. You will work within a large multi-disciplinary healthcare team who pride themselves on delivering the Trust objectives and the vision to improve the health and wellbeing of people across the diverse communities we serve.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for providing administration to support a team of dentists and dental nurses with the National Oral Health Surveys liaising with Suffolk Councils to request schools census information
You will assist with the development of continuously changing timetables, sampling of data, liaising with schools by phone and email, generating survey packs, class lists and labels, keeping contemporaneous electronic and handwritten notes of all dealings with schools.
You will also sample data using specific calculations to ensure the integrity of the survey and set upmaster documents and templates that are unique to each survey as well as dealing with day-to-day queries using own initiative to resolve issues within guidelines.
