An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator within DynamicHealth - the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Specialist Services provider for Cambridgeshire. This is a permanent full-time position of 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The position is based at North Cambs Hospital, The Park, Wisbech, PE13 3AB.

This post is within the locality of Peterborough and Wisbech, where you will help provide a flexible, innovative administration service that underpins the effective delivery of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Specialist Services provided by the CCS.

Main duties of the job
Provide office administrative support service to the MSK Physiotherapy & Specialist Services.
Provide support for the patient pathway management.
Support with system projects within the DynamicHealth as required.
Highlight any potential discrepancies, breaches, long term waiters.
Ensuring referrals are added to the appropriate waiting lists; appointments are booked into the appropriate services via SystmOne (S1).
Competent in the use of the Electronic Referral Service (eRS) & S1.
Support & engage with projects within the unit including collaborating with corporate teams.
Assist Business Support Administrator reporting; updating of internal documents..
Attend and take minutes at meetings.
Scanning of documents & photocopying.
Proactive in developing office procedures reviewing the efficiency of the administrative systems; implement new practice following consultation.
Undertake any other duties as appropriate to the banding.
Expected to prioritise their own workload independently, seeking support when required.
Responsible for going through theS1 Physio Referral to Treatment (RTT) & highlighting.
Weekly chasing diagnostics.

To provide an office administrative support service to the MSK Physiotherapy Service and MSK Specialist Service.
To provide support for the patient pathway management. This includes liaising with patients, parents or guardians to arrange appointments, registering patients, obtaining diagnostic results and ensuring patients are booked in a timely manner and within the 18-week protocols.

To be competent in the use of the Electronic Referral Service (eRS) and SystmOne to include the booking of appointments and the attachment and retrieval of appropriate clinical letters.
Support and engage with projects within the unit including collaborating with the corporate teams.
Assist the Business Support Administrator with reporting and updating of internal documents such as SOPS.
To attend and take minutes at meetings if requested to do so.
To ensure scanning of documents and photocopying is carried out as needed.

The post holder will be expected to prioritise their own workload independently, seeking support when required.
Responsible for going through the SystmOne Physio Referral to Treatment (RTT) and highlighting to the physio lead.
Chasing diagnostics within the guidelines as given by each service CUH, NWAFT, QEH on a weekly basis for all sites.
They would have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, databases with desirable knowledge on SystmOne and the Electronic referral System (e-RS)
