We have an exciting and new opportunity to lead the Occupational Therapy Service in Bedfordshire and Luton.
The Service Manager will provide senior clinical, professional and operational leadership for the service across Bedfordshire and Luton. They will be responsible for leading the provision of high quality, safe and responsive services, co-produced with children, young people and their families. You will be an expert resource within Bedfordshire and Luton with regards to Occupational Therapy services, including managing a specialist clinical caseload (to be agreed with the successful candidate).
Main duties of the job
As the Service Manager for children's Occupational Therapy across Bedfordshire and Luton, you will provide effective and efficient senior clinical and professional leadership for the service. You will have particular responsibility for facilitating development of clinical care to meet the Trust's strategic objectives. You will be a role model of the Trust's values and behaviours and ensure these are fully integrated into all operational activity.
