Main duties of the job

The COO role is a pivotal appointment for the organisation and will be responsible for the direction and running of the clinical operational services, the development of the operational divisions and overseeing preparations in readiness to receive the next transfer of services in April 2022. We are looking for an extraordinary system leader, who is keen to take on a new challenge, and will prioritise developing relationships with system partners including our local GPs and Primary Care Networks, our fellow providers, our commissioners and our community and voluntary organisations. Integration is at the heart of everything we do and by working together with everyone involved in the provision of care, we aim to ensure our communities are fully supported to live healthier lives for longer.

About us
