Customer Service / Administration Apprenticeship - Level 2

Fixed Term Apprenticeship for 15 months

37.5 hours per week - Minimum of £6.82 an hour

Based in Coventry

Have an interest in HR ? We're looking for a motivated, caring and resilient individual with a real interest in engaging with people and making a positive impact. You'll develop strong organisational skills to provide an effective administrative service to the department by developing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You'll be working in a supportive and friendly office environment under the supervision of our HR Support Team. We'll provide you with the learning and development opportunities in the form of a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship which will develop your knowledge in a variety of HR administration processes.

Important: To be eligible for an apprenticeship, you need to have the right to work in the U.K. and to have continuously lived in the UK for 3 years.

You must not be in education upon employment.

Main duties of the job

You will be working towards achieving the skills and expectations of a band 2 job description, during your training.

You will be interacting closely with other HR teams, you will need to have a flexible approach to your work, as well as the ability to use your own initiative whilst working efficiently as part of the team.
