The Workforce and Health Inequalities Programme Manager will form part of the Reach Out Learning Disabilities and Autism programme management team and will be required to work independently forming the key link between all partners across the Reach Out Provider Collaborative.
This post holder will lead on all aspects of Workforce Development and Health inequalities for the Learning Disability and Autism programme of the West Midlands Reach Out Adult Secure Provider Collaborative.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for leading and coordinating the workforce and health inequalities programme management activities, by ensuring they achieve the desired outcomes.
Working to deliver the commitments made in the refreshed Reach Out business case for workforce development and health inequalities, the post holder will work with colleagues from Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust, Midlands Partnership Trust, Black Country Health Care Trust and other third-party organisations across the wider provider collaborative as well as NHSE Regional Team.
They will work closely with provider project leads including HR managers, organisational development leads, matrons and clinical and operational teams to ensure workforce and health inequalities workstreams are aligned to theReach Out business case.
