Team: Perinatal

Base: Primary Health Care Centre, Willenhall, Coventry

18.75 hours per week

Main duties of the job

We are looking for applicants who are friendly and approachable with effective communication skills, who can build good working relationships within a fast-paced environment. The Job Role:You will provide a comprehensive and accurate administrative and secretarial service for the clinical/medical teams, specifically our Loss Pathway service. This will include production of clinical letters, e-mail communication, booking/rescheduling patient appointments, accurate data inputting onto electronic patient records system, scanning, printing, uploading, answering of complex telephone queries and the ability to exercise judgement and work unsupervised to meet deadlines.
