Main duties of the job

Working within an established team, you'll be working with clients who have complex mental health problems and delivering a range of time limited, evidence based recovery focused interventions. About us

Working for our Team is demanding and hard work but incredibly rewarding. It offers the opportunity to develop some excellent skills and take part in imaginative and effective interventions. The nature of the team means that you bring your knowledge, experience, enthusiasm and empathy, and gain valuable knowledge and skills from other team members in order to promote development of your own practice. We are a team that recognises the work we do can be difficult at times and have a strong supportive approach. We believe in developing good practice and sharing management of risk whilst acknowledging any personal impact. Despite the demands of the role our team offers a lively, humorous and supportive environment.
