Job summary
Due to the current postholder promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen within Learning Disabilities/Autism Directorate for a Band 3 Admin Support with the PA office at Brooklands.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to undertake the role of Admin Support. You must have experience of working in a busy office. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Matrons at Brooklands for Learning Disabilities/Autism Directorate, together with supporting the Senior Management Team. Primary duties will include diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparation of agendas and associated documentation, taking minutes and providing admin support.
Main duties of the job
Combining high standards and commitment with experience and excellent communication both written and verbal alongside having exceptional organisational skills are essential for this post. You must be able to provide evidence of working in a busy environment, utilising advanced secretarial and administrative skills including minute/note taking experience. The successful applicant will have an excellent knowledge in the use of a variety of databases including Excel and PowerPoint etc. and ideally some internal systems. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, & therefore require the ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload and that of others, working as part of a team and have a professional attitude.
You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with excellent communication and organisational skills.
