Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Mental Health Directorate for Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership .
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to undertake the role of Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will support the Senior Management Team across Mental Health and Rise Services, provide a comprehensive and professional personal office service including full administrative and secretarial support to Senior Managers in order to maintain effective and efficient services. Primary duties will include; diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparation of agendas and associated documentation. You must be able to plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise own work to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquiries both internal and external to the organisation

Combining high standards and commitment with experience and excellent communication both written and verbal alongside having exceptional organisational skills are essential for this post. You must be able to provide evidence of working in a busy environment, utilising secretarial and administrative skills including minute/note taking experience, as well as Microsoft packages.
