Project Administrator
Full Time - 37.5 Hours Per Week
Are you a self-motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable individual? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative and project support to Senior Managers within our organisation?
We are looking for a Project Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Strategy and Planning function. The role is varied, fast paced and the priorities of the role can change quickly, so we are looking for someone who is both proactive and reactive.

To provide a comprehensive administrative support role to the Strategy and Planning Transformation Team, including: drafting and producing reports/letters/action trackers, business documents etc, ensuring any follow-up action is taken.
To deal proactively with correspondence and other forms of communication on behalf of the Strategy and Planning Transformation Team liaising with other teams to collect and exchange information and draft replies for approval where appropriate.
To act as a point of contact for the Strategy and Planning Transformation Team, as appropriate, either by telephone, letter, email or in person, presenting at all times a welcoming, friendly and helpful attitude.
