Job summary
3 month fixed term contract for a Personal Assistant 37.5 hours per week.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to undertake the role of Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will support the Interim General Manager for the Children and Young People MH Services known as Rise.

Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Mental Health Directorate for Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership .
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to undertake the role of Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will support the Interim General Manager for the Children and Young People MH Services known as Rise. You will provide a comprehensive and professional personal office service including full administrative and secretarial support to the Safety and Quality team in order to maintain effective and efficient services. Primary duties will include; diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparation of agendas and associated documentation. You must be able to plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise own work to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquiries both internal and external to the organisation
