Job summary
The Project Manager role will support the delivery and implementation of a number of projects; bringing together the expertise of the clinical team and NHS England with commissioners and stakeholders in determining the future of Talking Therapies services across Coventry and Warwickshire.
The post-holder will support various stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to ensure that key project management activities are completed to a high standard. The post-holder will manage a number of projects, which support the Trust and wider system to deliver against their strategic priorities.
The post-holder will have autonomous responsibility and will have the ability to balance a very busy workload and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role is being offered on a 2 year fixed term basis.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will provide expert support to the Talking Therapies Management Team to deliver strategic programmes of improvement. This will enable the organisation to create improved customer value with respect to pathways and services, giving higher quality, improved clinical and operational outcomes, with less human effort, space and capital employed.
The Service Improvement Project Manager has responsibility for supporting change and improvement within the Talking Therapies Service. The post holder will work alongside the Clinical and Management Team to provide practical support in the development and delivery of projects that support cost improvement and quality service improvement.
