Director of Adult and Older Peoples Mental Health Services
It's an incredibly exciting time at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. The Board is in the process of "resetting" the Trust direction, which has resulted in some changes to the organisation's core purpose.
This has provided the Trust with a huge opportunity to focus on and become a centre of excellence for all-age mental health services, and our new Director of Adult and Older People's Mental Health Services will be central to achieving this ambition.
In this role, you will lead on developing, implementing, and monitoring operational procedures to optimise efficiency and performance across the breadth of our adult and older adult mental health services.
With strong leadership skills, you will oversee the directorate and ensure patient care is delivered to the highest levels of safety, quality, and governance, promoting a culture that is collaborative and inclusive, and services that are co-produced with our Experts by Experience and other stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
We are clear that this role is perfect for aspirational executives, and if successful, you will join the Trust at a time which will be career-defining. You must be creative and have a real focus on partnership working, as we strive to do more with our communities and you will be key to making sure we are making the right decisions for the right reasons. We can also offer relocation packages to support you to make the move to Coventry and Warwickshire.
