Job summary

We are utilising Community Mental Health Transformation funding to develop a new forensic community mental health team.

We are developing new keyworker roles in our Community Mental Health Teams. These roles involve working with people with mental health related needs in our community, and being a pivotal part of our new community mental health teams. Being a keyworker involves building positive relationships with the people on your caseload, developing co-produced care plans, being their main point of contact, and working with a range of mental health professionals and voluntary services to meet needs effectively. This is a truly rewarding role and will give you the opportunity to make a significant difference to those the team support.

We are looking for a forensic Keyworker who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of people experiencing mental health conditions, but who also present with risk and behaviours that bring them in to the forensic arena. You will form part of a multi-agency multidisciplinary team to include Nursing, Social Work, OT, support work, and Psychiatry and voluntary sector staff (This list is not exhaustive)

This is a truly exciting time in which the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme will change what we do and how we deliver community mental health services.

Based in Coventry but cover all of Coventry and Warwickshire.
