Job summary
We have some new and exciting opportunities with the Think Family Outreach Team ( TFOT) who are part of the Specialist Mental Health Services within RISE Coventry and Warwickshire .
The TFOT has just secured permanent funding and we are looking to further develop the team .
The ethos of the TFOT is to support young people and their families at times of mental health crisis by providing an in reach /outreach wrap around service ; this is delivered on the Paediatric words of our local acute hospitals, face to face work, alongside using on line technology
We offer short term psycho-educational work during the crisis period before the young person accesses therapeutic interventions from RISE
Main duties of the job
Subject to Parliamentary approval, from 1st April 2022 all NHS workers in England who have face to face contact with patients must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Only those with specified medical exemptions will be excluded from this requirement. Please consider this mandatory requirement when applying for this position.
