An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust to join our Urgent Care senior management team.
The successful applicant will join our other service managers to lead this busy and diverse pathway, which covers the geographical area of Coventry and Warwickshire. The post holder will be based centrally at the Caludon Centre, Coventry but must be able to independently travel to all localities to support our urgent care services.

This post offers you the experience to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering a wide range of services to people with a variety of mental health needs, working closely with our Partner agencies and other third sector and statutory organisations .
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who has a strong focus on service improvement, quality, development and integrated working. The successful post holder will need to be able to effectively set priorities and work in a busy environment. You will need to be approachable, have excellent communication and liaison skills to engage and collaborate with a number of colleagues and stakeholders across the services.
As an ambassador for Mental Health Services, you will champion the improvement and transformation of clinical services and help to drive the Mental Health operational agenda by demonstrating innovative patient and clinical outcomes. The post holder will be accountable to the Head of Service and General Manager of Urgent care. Through well-established leadership skills and experience of management of clinical teams a visible operational leadership is imperative in conjunction in being flexible in approach to coordinate clinical leadership and monitor operational delivery .

Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.
