Job summary

Job Title: Customer Service/ Administration Apprenticeship

Length and Type of Contract: Fixed Term Apprenticeship for 15 months

Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week Minimum of £5.40 an hour

Based in Marston Green- Birmingham

We are looking for motivated individuals who have a desire or interest to undertake an apprenticeship in a customer service/ administration role within our Trust in Coventry and Warwickshire.

You will need to be committed to complete your apprenticeship with us and most importantly, willing to learn.

Important: To be eligible for an apprenticeship you need to have the right to work in the U.K. and to have lived in the UK for 3 years continuously.

You must not be in education upon employment

We expect that you can demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills and have good computer skills, including experience of using Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel.

The roles are for a fixed term of 15 months and involve support for you to study for an apprenticeship in Customer Services Level 2.
