Recruitment Marketing Manager

Our Trust is undertaking a significant programme of change to improve recruitment and retention of staff for its mental health, learning disabilities and autism and community services directorates, to ensure that it becomes the best it can be for its patients by attracting and retaining the very best talent. As part of this exciting programme, a unique opportunity has arisen within our Communications and Engagement Team for a professional and experienced communicator to undertake a lead role in helping meet the ongoing demand to fill vacancies and ensure colleagues remain well connected, informed and involved to support long term retention.
We are looking for creative and experienced marketing professional to lead on developing engaging and innovative campaigns that truly excite our potential candidates, whatever the vacancy. The successful candidate will design integrated marketing and communications activities that are measurable and effective to support the recruitment and retention requirements, across a huge range of services. You will be adaptable with a broad range of experience, skills and knowledge, backed up by relevant professional qualifications.

Main duties of the job

Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Stakeholder engagement to develop the Trust's strategy for a robust recruitment and retention marketing programme.
Act autonomously in regard of recruitment communication issues, seeking guidance where necessary.
Deliver innovative and creative campaigns, which are measured and deliver outstanding results
Provide expert support, coaching and influence of managers in relation to recruitment and retention communications.
