Level 3 Adult Health Care Apprenticeship
South Warwickshire Memory Assessment and Community Dementia Service
Fixed Term Apprenticeship for 18 months
37.5 hours per week.
National Minimum Wage for your age (see attached information)
Must be 18 years old or above.
We are one team covering all of South Warwickshire but have two bases Stratford Healthcare and Yew Tree House in Leamington.
Applicants must have Maths and English GCSE grades 9 - 4, or equivalent.

We are looking for motivated individuals who have a desire or interest to undertake an apprenticeship in an Adult Health Care role within our Trust in south Warwickshire.
You will need to be committed to completing your apprenticeship with us and most importantly be willing to learn.
We will provide you with training and ongoing support to enable you to work on the wards and clinics.
We expect that you can demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills to include compassion, understanding and empathy.

Main duties of the job

The roles are for a fixed term of 18 months and include support for you to study for an apprenticeship in Adult Care Worker Level 3 however, once you have completed the Care Certificate standards, attained a good standard of work in your qualification and your manager is happy with your progress you will move into a Band 3 role and complete your qualification as a substantive full time member of staff.
We are a Monday to Friday 9 - 5 service
