Community Mental Health Nurse - Band 6

Full time / part time permanent roles available

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to join the Community Health and Wellbeing Team IPU 3-8. This team is proactive in embedding and utilising multidisciplinary roles to provide support and focused interventions for individuals suffering from mood and anxiety disorders, Bi polar and Personality Disorder.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team using evidence based approaches in the delivery of interventions. The candidate will also have the resilience and positivity to work with a challenging but also very rewarding client group This includes care coordinating a caseload of service users.
