We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 care coordinator to join the Coventry Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Team based in Tile hill, coventry.
Coventry Community Mental health & Wellbeing Team is part of a multi-disciplinary, mental health and wellbeing service. Teams are arranged around individual needs based on care clusters. This post sits within the Non Psychosis, clusters 3-8 pathway. This includes people with emotional regulation difficulties, mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders.

Working within an established team, you'll be managing a caseload of clients who have complex mental health problems and delivering a range of interventions. As a successful candidate you will have the opportunity to build your skills and confidence to eventually allow you to undertake the role of care coordinating a full caseload, being part of a duty team and undertaking trusted assessments. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, using evidence-based approaches and time limited interventions. You'll be communicating with a wide variety of clients; professionals; partners and agencies
