An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced operational senior manager to form part of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust's Senior Leadership Team, as we move forward with our ambitious plans to become an Outstanding provider of mental health, learning disabilities, autism and physical community health services.

Our Top Team structure has recently been redesigned, and with several new appointments over the past 12 months, the Executive team has begun implementing its plans to become one of the top performing provider Trusts across the West Midlands. To do this, they need the support of a talented senior leader who can embrace the Trust's vision and values and turn our new strategic objectives into a reality.

You will join us at a key time as we develop future plans for our services in partnership with colleagues across the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System. Working to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide-ranging portfolio of mental health services and programmes of work that will drive forward our plans to deliver step-change in productivity, performance and quality improvement.
