Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Community mental health Nurse to join the North Warwickshire and Rugby Recovery Team, IPU 11-17. This team is proactive in embedding and utilizing multidisciplinary roles to provide recovery and outcome focused interventions for individuals within the service.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team using evidence based approaches in the delivery of interventions. This includes care coordinating a caseload of service users.

We are seeking candidates who have experience of working in mental health settings who are innovative, dynamic and are looking to develop their clinical skills. They will be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and exhibit behaviours that reflect Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust vision and values.

To hold a case load

To work within a MDT setting

To work within our s74 agreement

To work within the recovery model

To monitor mental health and dispense medication if needed

About us

The successful candidate will receive support, managerial and professional supervision from the line managers in the Recovery IPU. Peer support and CPD opportunities are also available and actively encouraged. The post is a substantive position.
