Chief Nurse

Main duties of the job

You must have recent extensive experience within a provider organisation (ideally Mental Health) at Executive Nurse level or just below. You will bring a track record of successfully developing nurse recruitment and retention, achieving and maintaining a Good/Excellent CQC rating as well as Quality Improvement and Quality Governance.

You will be a transformational leader with experience of shaping and delivering strategy and improved outcomes founded upon an unwavering commitment to performance and quality.
