The Corporate PA will provide an efficient and effective administrative and corporate support service within the Executive Office, contributing to the smooth day to day running of corporate and executive functions.

The post holder will support senior colleagues by coordinating diaries, meetings, correspondence and records, ensuring that administrative processes are followed accurately and in a timely manner. The role requires good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently within established procedures in a busy NHS environment.

Main duties of the job

Responsible for the smooth running of Exec Directors office providing an efficient and effective PA role and utilising a high degree of initiative, diplomacy, organisational ability and flexibility to resolve day to day issues

We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, or equivalent experience in an administrative / corporate support role.
