Ward
41 is looking for a senior band 5 who is wanting to progress to the role of a
Band 6 Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse. They need to be highly motivated and eager
to maintain a high standard of care in a safe and caring environment. The role
will be to work as a Clinical nurse on the ward, showing leadership skills and
the ability to support and guide junior staff and to enhance the learning
experience of students.
