Job summary
This
is an opportunity for a 5 month secondment for a Transformation Admin Manager
to support the ADO in Clinical Specialist Services with a number of key change
projects linked to the breast service review and radiology processes.
The successful candidate
will have effective time management skills and be able to show initiative and
lead change projects with support from the ADO and other members of the care
group management team. You will need to have an administration background and
be familiar with CDDFT systems and processes. Line management experience is
essential as you will need to support the new radiology admin manager as part
of this role particularly in the review of processes.
Please
note that you must have the approval from your line manager to be released for
5 months from 1st November until 31st March 2026. You MUST seek this approval
prior to submitting an application for this role.
Main duties of the job
The
postholder will support the effective delivery of projects through the
identification and allocation of resources and engagement with key individuals.
You will need the ability to develop relationships and motivate people towards
change.
Within the 5 month period
you will support with a number of change projects in CSS, in particular in
Radiology including the implementation of a process for annual surveillance
monitoring linked to the breast service and the roll out of a regional pilot
project, Hexarad. This will include close working with the Radiology Admin
Manager.
You will apply solution
focused problem solving to address the challenges with systems and processes
within the care group and will carry out activity evaluation in line with the
project plan and learning from best practice. There will be a requirement to collate
and present verbal and written reports as required.
You may also be required to
support the ADO with project work linked to the regional breast service
programme.
