An exciting opportunity has arisen, for an senior sister to join an esatblished team in the Emergency Department at Darlington Memorial Hospital .

To support and deliver performance and flow within the Emergency Department .

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for the safe delivery of care to patients in the Emergency setting. Lead the team on a daily basis ensuring patient safety, aassisting to maintain flow through the department. To be involoved in the support and development of junior members of the Team.
