Community Services are looking to recruit an Administrative Manager for Allied Health Professional Services, providing line management of secretarial and administrative staff across a number of sites

Main duties of the job

The role will provide leadership and management of Community Services administrative staff within AHP Central Admin, Community Hospitals, Community Therapies, Wheelchair Service, AHP secretaries and AHP clinic Receptions. Working within allocated budgets to ensure that the needs of the teams are met.

They will co-ordinate administrative and secretarial services including administrative Team Leads

Line management of secretarial and administrative staff including administrative Team Leads

Undertaking the management of projects, gathering information and/or undertaking enquiries

Collate information and provide detailed briefings/report in preparation for meetings with key stakeholders and external organisations.

Manage leave, absence, mileage and time/flexi sheets etc for staff directly line managed.

Authorised signatory for time sheets, travel expenses etc.

  • Experience in a clinical/ NHS environment.
