We have an exciting opportunity to join our team. We are
seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our
therapy rehabilitation team based at chester le street Community Hospital for a
9 month maternity secondment.
Applicants must be prepared to participate in a 6 day week
service, covering bank holidays and Saturdays on a rota basis.

Main duties of the job
This post is for a band 5 physiotherapist full time.
The service will work over 6 days a week.

The successful applicant will independently manage a
caseload providing holistic, short term, goal led intervention following a
comprehensive assessment. These patients will present with a wide range of
problems and will allow you to develop your knowledge

assistant staff and to help with their development

We provide hospital services from two acute sites - Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.
