An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5
Staff Nurse to join the existing Chemotherapy Day Unit team across Durham and
Shotley Bridge. The day units pride themselves on delivering the highest
standards of nursing care treating patients with a wide range of haematology
and oncology malignancies and conditions. This nurse led unit is both innovative
and challenging and gives a great opportunity for you to join a highly skilled,
dynamic and friendly multidisciplinary team.

We provide hospital services from two acute sites - Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.
