are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join a small,
dynamic team responsible for developing and implementing the national Digital
Workforce Development Network Initiative for the North East and North Cumbria
across all organisations within the North East and North Cumbria ICS.
The post holder will be
responsible for developing and implementing talent management and
organisational development programmes for Digital staff across the north east
and north cumbria region, helping to create a culture of staff development
across all our organisations.
This role will require the
ability to market the programme to all organisations to ensure that all
organisations engage with, and implement and embed the national initiatives.
The ability to influence
and engage executive level staff is a key requirement of this role.

Main duties of the job
The
post holder will provide support to the Skills Development Network team,
helping to develop and implement the overall Digital Workforce Development
Regional Strategy within the North East and North Cumbria, linking to
appropriate National strategy and North East and North Cumbria ICS agenda by
working closely with the Integrated care board, Directors, Heads of Service and
Skills Development Leads to ensure that appropriate local strategies and action
plans are put in place.
Key deliverables will be :
1. The creation of a
regional talent development framework accessible to all organisations within
North East and North Cumbria, including setting up of regional working groups
to facilitate talent management;
2. The delivery of a best
practice collaboration programme to allow organisations to take advantage of
national and regional innovations;
3. Provision
of support to organisations to ensure they are able to recruit a diverse range
of talent into the service

We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.
