seeking to appoint an enthusiastic staff nurse to join our team.
As a team we strive towards delivering a high

patients and relatives who have had experience of being on our ward.
Main duties of the job
Franziska Willer Ward is a 16/18
bedded rehabiltation ward for mainly elderley patients. We accept patients from the acute wards, directly
from accident and emergency and home and other NHS organisations.
The main duties of the role are:
-Plan and deliver high quality of
care to patients adhering to the trust policies and procedures.
-Maintain a high standard of
documentation
-Demonstrate excellent
communication skills both written and verbal
-Plan and deliver safe admissions
and discharges
-Be responsible for the delegation
of tasks to other members of the team
-Work well as a team player but
also show initative
