Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for three enthusiastic and motivated Speech and Language Therapists to join our Band 5 Adult Rotational Team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Trust! This is a fantastic chance to gain experience across a range of clinical areas, with all rotations including Acute Medicine and Surgery to support early dysphagia competency development. We're looking for friendly, proactive individuals who thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are confident managing a varied caseload. In return, you'll receive excellent theoretical training through our structured in-house dysphagia and communication programme, as well as regular joint working with dedicated and experienced senior SLTs to support your learning every step of the way.
This is a supportive, well-established team that really values development and progression--and we'll do everything we can to help you grow your career.
