Main duties of the job
- Channel your inner superhero powers to provide first-line support to users, swooping in to resolve issues and save the day!
- Use your communication skills to liaise with Allocate Support and ensure our Health Roster system stays ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with our team of Health Roster Facilitators to implement upgrades with lightning speed and minimal disruption.
- Keep a watchful eye on our rosters, ensuring they're finalized and compliant.
- Assist in the creation of user accounts and the mass upload of data, ensuring our system stays supercharged.
- Keep our Health Roster system Gateway in tip-top shape, syncing it with ESR and importing data like a true superhero.
- Respond to enquiries faster than a speeding bullet, providing top-notch customer service to our team members.
- Work alongside our leaders to provide timely reports and information for internal and external review with your reporting skills.

Being the Go-To Support: You're the go-to person when it comes to supporting users of the Health Roster system. Whether it's a glitch, a question, or a full-blown issue, you're there to help troubleshoot and get things back on track.

Chatting with Allocate Support: Think of yourself as the liaison between our team and Allocate Support. You'll be using the Allocate portal to raise any cases or questions and making sure we're getting the support we need to keep the Health Roster system running smoothly.

First Line of Defence: When users encounter problems, you're their first line of defence. You'll try to tackle issues on your own and if needed, you'll pass it on to higher levels of support to save the day.

Being the Problem Solver: Got a puzzle to solve? That's where you come in. You'll be using your logical thinking skills to provide solutions to any issues that pop up with the database, and if things get too tricky, you'll rope in the Head of Healthroster for backup.
