Are you ready to take on a new position where you will play a pivotal role in maximising the efficiency of electronic rostering, acting as a hero behind the scenes? We're looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our established and supportive Rostering Team as a HealthRoster Facilitator, with a specific focus on medical rostering!

As a HealthRoster Facilitator, you'll make sure the system isn't just up and running but performing to its fullest potential. Think of it as being the wizard behind the curtain, orchestrating a symphony of scheduling perfection! We are in search of an individual who excels in organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail who ensures precision in everything they do. As an attention-to-detail ninja, perfection is not just a goal but a second nature to you, juggling tasks with finesse, identifying potential issues, and thriving on challenges. You are more than a team player; you collaborate with others seamlessly and courteously, gaining enjoyment from being able to help colleagues across the Trust. Beyond these skills, we are seeking someone with a passion for healthcare, who is driven to make a genuine impact. If you see yourself in this description, we want to hear from you!

Main duties of the job

? Keep the HealthRoster system up-to-date and running as effectively as possible, in particular, updating medical staff schedules and activities in line with job plan changes.

? Be a go-to expert user of the HealthRoster system.

? Offer sage advice on all things system-related, but in particular around medical rostering.

? Deliver engaging training sessions to staff at all levels within the Trust.

? Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to optimise system efficiency.

? Assist in collecting and analysing complex data to help drive system enhancement.

? Champion change for the greater good.

? Contribute to developing, testing, deploying, and supporting end-user requirements.

? Ensure rosters are not just schedules but fair, safe, and efficient works of art!

You will be joining a positive and supportive team, with the option to work both on site and from home. Whilst prior experience of working with medical staff and/or rota's would be an advantage, training will be given to develop your skills and knowledge.
