Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is hosting this post on behalf of the Lancashire and South Cumbria Provider Collaborative. The post-holder will be required to work across all Provider Trusts and the wider LSC Integrated Care System.
We are looking for an exceptional, enthusiastic Executive Assistant (EA) to provide professional administrative support to the Elective Recovery Programme Team. Applicants should have significant and demonstrable experience in a PA role, be highly motivated, flexible and have a track record of delivering high quality administration and EA support.
Main duties of the job
The responsibilities of the role are varied and include diary management, scheduling meetings at various levels, producing minutes to a high standard, coordinating arrangements for meetings and events, as well as preparing correspondence, including reports and presentations.
You will have first rate interpersonal skills and strong communication skills. You should have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and be effective in building and maintaining effective internal and external contacts. You will be highly organised and have a flexible approach to the working day to meet tight and varying deadlines. You must be able to prioritise and organise your own workload, and be able to work effectively and efficiently unsupervised.
You will need to be a team player with the ability to work independently in a busy environment. Holding good verbal, written and numerical skills, you must also be skilled in IT applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
