We are looking for a highly motivated individual with relevant administrative experience to join the Student, Trainee and Placement Support Team.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with experience and ability to support our learners throughout the Trust.
The ability to work on your own initiative and within a team, prioritise your workload and communicate professionally with a wide range of people isessential.
Main duties of the job
The Student, Trainee and Placement Support (STAPS) Team is responsible for ensuring all learners within the Trust have placements that fulfiltheir learning outcomes, ensuring they achieve successful graduation. The post holder will be required to support specific educational placementsorganised within the Placement Hub and a team focused approach will be required and developed.
You will also be required to support the educational staff development within the Trust, ensuring all educational tutors are successfully trained in accordance with linked University requirements.
You will ensure all resources are in place to support the streamlined delivery of the educational and training programmes. Thisincludes collation of data, securing tutors for specific teaching programmes, booking teaching rooms, managing meetings via MicrosoftTeams/zoom and providing an administrative service to an excellent standard.
