Our temporary staffing contracts and arrangements are currently under review as part of a wider ICS programme of work. A key part of the role will be working closely with ICS peers and colleagues to shape how we deliver our centralised temporary staffing service across our region. We will ask you to draw on your vision and ideas to shape the formation of new service specifications, contracts, processes, policies, and terms of engagement.
You will support in the procurement, management of contracts and delivery of Health Roster and associated systems and lead on the continued implementation and management of Non-Medical Job Planning, system and rostering solutions.
Ideally, you'll have experience in managing projects in your area of expertise, be able to work at pace and build great working relationships, internally with our clinical and nursing colleagues, but also externally. You will also ensure the Trust's full statutory compliance in accordance with national standards and Levels of Attainment for Rostering, Temporary Staffing and Job Planning.
The role will support the development of the team ensuring a knowledgeable, professional, and high-quality service is provided to Trust. You'll bring your innovation and leadership to the streamlining of processes and ensuring appropriate controls.
About us
We are mature in our rostering set up, approach and processes, so this won't be a job where you are starting from scratch or overseeing set up rostering processes. With a competent, well-established team supporting you - you'll have the opportunity to build on what we have achieved so far, and bring your own skills and experience to how we improve rostering for future.
