Manchester EDIT/Early Intervention Team Administrator

Job summary

To provide an efficient and effective administrative service with the Manchester Early Detection Intervention Team (EDIT) and Early Intervention Services (EIS) Team. To carry out all administrative tasks in relation to the EIS/EDIT role, audio typing, answering telephone calls to patients, relatives and various clinical staff and professionals to provide and efficient mental health service. Carry out a variety of administrative tasks as directed by Community Admin Manager.

Main duties of the job

To provide a high quality administrative service to the Early Intervention Team, . The Administrator will undertake general office duties including minute taking, clinical letters and reports. Support to the team in relation to care plans and correspondence.Producing minutes from daily zoning meetings, MDT or any other team meeting as required.

  • Ability to use Microsoft packages to a high standard
  • Knowledge of word application essential
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
