Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a part time, highly motivated band 3 Team Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administration service for our Mental Health Team in HMP Manchester.
Applicants are invited for the post of Team Administrator. We require a highly motivated, dynamic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, who has an interest and positive attitude to working with male offenders within a secure estate. Experience of working within a mental health would be desirable.Applicants must demonstrate secretarial/administrative experience and have an organised and flexible approach, with the ability to prioritise your workload and relate to all types of people. Your excellent IT and interpersonal skills will also ensure that you'll have no trouble fitting into this busy, interesting role.
Flexibility can be given in terms of working days/hours.
Applicants must have lived on the UK for a minimum of three years to be eligible to apply for prison vetting, applications will not be shortlisted for those who have not resided in UK for the stated length of time.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide a comprehensive and confidential secretarial service and administration support to the Prison Community Mental Health Team within HMP Manchester.
The post requires highly developed administration, secretarial and organisational skills.
