Job summary

We are looking for an Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our new Review Team.

We are excited to announce the development of new roles within GMMH Manchester. We are a small team of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Registered Mental Health Nurses who review individuals who have funded packages of care. Where appropriate the team will look at lesser supportive packages to enable increased independence

Main duties of the job

Completing reviews of packages of care/nursing needs assessment funded by Manchester City Council and Manchester Integrated Board.

Facilitating move on from funded placements where appropriate.

Working in a strengths based way so independence is promoted and resources maximised.

Working in according with key legislation eg Care Act (2014), Mental Health Act (1983), Mental Capacity Act (2005) and Human Right Act (1998).

Developing relationships with key stakeholders

Using distinct skill set of professional group to promote recovery and step people through funded support.
