Job summary

An exciting opportunity to work with the busy, friendly and supportive Living Well Team based at Manor House. Supporting the clinical staff with all aspects of administration. Some travel to other hubs in the community may be required.

Main duties of the job

Main duties to include processing of referrals, answering all telephone calls to the Hub, maintaining stock levels, minuting of local and wider meetings, making of appointments and sending out correspondence for same and ensuring efficient admin provision is delivered to the clinical team.
