Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust Apprenticeships provide routes into various careers and offer excellent training and development opportunities. Main duties of the job

As an apprentice with the Workforce Systems Team you will be supported to work towards gaining the skills and knowledge of a Workforce Systems Administrator. The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • To receive and interpret electronic forms, entering relevant information on to ESR, in accordance with agreed pay and project deadlines.
  • Provide support and guidance to users of the electronic staff forms
  • Act as a point of contact for staff and managers, liaising with theTrust's payroll, finance, and IM&T departments, to resolvequeries relating to pay and workforce information
  • Support the finalisation and export of the pay file, including unlocking shifts in health roster and providing guidance to inputters
  • Process absence drop outs and errors generated from the pay files
  • Manage access to ESR by processing URP request forms and managing password requests
  • To be able to obtain data from ESR to provide references
  • Support the Workforce Systems team with project work.
  • To be aware of data quality issues at all times, taking action tomaintain standards .
