Talking Therapies - Performance and Data Quality Lead - 8a
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Performance and Data Quality Lead within our Talking Therapies Division - this post is a permanent full-time position.
The post holder will take leadership and operational management of data quality, systems, and processes within the Division. This role is critical in ensuring the effectiveness of these systems to support operational management teams and maintain continuity across the Division. This position holds a specific leadership role within the Trust, focusing on service development, innovation, data quality performance monitoring, business continuity, and resilience planning.
Main duties of the job
The Performance and Data Quality Lead will take responsibility for the management of the Talking Therapies Performance Team who provide vital support to the workforce on systems, processes and reporting. The post holder will provide line management supervision, guidance and support to the team.
The post holder will seek to improve, monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of the service in the context of challenging national and local Key Performance Indicators and a newly evolving commissioning environment. The post holder will ensure the most cost-effective use of resources by innovating and seeking more efficient processes.
To participate in the formulation of operational policies and procedures for the division and monitor / evaluate these in accordance with an agreed model.
